Each wine will be paired with famous executive Chef Jérémie Bastien’s delectable hors d’oeuvre creations. A fundraising event for Théâtre la Seizième and a stylish evening guaranteed to delight the senses.

A prestigious champagne and sparkling wine tasting will be held in the modern-chic setting of Boneta Restaurant on May 27, from 6 to 9pm. Renowned wine professionals and house wine co-founders Michelle Bouffard and Michaela Morris will guide us during the event and share their passion for these wines with connoisseurs and amateurs alike.

Michelle and Michaela will kick off the event by displaying the art of sabering, an elegant, yet spectacular tradition. A splendid selection of Champagnes and sparkling wines will then be served, while Bouffard and Morris lead you through the tastings and share with you the unique stories behind each of them.

The Champagnes and sparkling wines will be paired with celebrated executive Chef Jérémie Bastien’s unique hors d’oeuvres. Called a « prodigy » by Vancouver Magazine, award-winning and critically-acclaimed Jérémie Bastien is recognized as one of the key players in the city’s haute-cuisine scene. For the occasion, he will create a menu of exquisite appetizers made from local and organic products.

Indulge your senses and enjoy this unique and memorable high-profile tasting, while supporting B.C.’s only professional francophone theatre company, Vancouver-based Théâtre la Seizième.
